| 摘 要： | 目的评价经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）在高危巨大前列腺增生治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析52例前列腺增生患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用TURP治疗,记录术前、术中、术后不同时间点患者心率、中心静脉压、平均动脉压、血糖、电解质、血液流变学等变化指标。结果术中60min和术毕平均动脉压、Ca^2＋、全血高切粘度、全血中切粘度、全血低切粘度、红细胞压积、全血高切还原粘度、全血低切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、最大血小板聚集率较术前显著下降,中心静脉压、空腹血糖、红细胞刚性指数显著升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论 TURP术中需要灌注液持续膀胱灌注,而灌注液的吸收会在一定程度上改变患者的血液流变学、血流动力学、血糖等指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze security of TURP for high risk of hyperplasia of prostate. Methods Clinical data of 52 cases with high risk of hyperplasia of prostate were retrospectively analyzed. HR,CVP, MAP,GLU,electrolyte and hemorheology index were analyzed. Results MAP,Ca^2＋,high, midst and low shear rates,HCT,high shear,midst and low reductive viscosity,red cell assembling index,HBX,patelet maximum aggregation rate descended apparently at 60 min and after operation compared to before operation,and CVP,GLU and erythrocyet index of rigidity increased apparently（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Perfusate usage during TURP causes changes of hemorheology, haemodynamics and GLU index. |
