宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔镜检查时机探讨

摘    要:目的探讨宫腔镜宫腔粘连分离术后宫腔镜检查时机。方法选择经宫腔镜诊断为宫腔粘连的患者64例,行宫腔镜粘连分离术后分为实验组和对照组。实验组术后2周首次复查宫腔镜,然后每次月经干净3~5d行宫腔镜检查,连续3月.对照组术后3个月行宫腔镜检查。随访术后定期行宫腔镜检查宫腔粘连情况及所有患者3个月宫腔镜检查结果和月经恢复情况。结果实验组宫腔形态及月经情况改善均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),且实验组随术后宫腔镜检查次数增多,宫腔粘连率明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论宫腔粘连患者行宫腔镜下粘连分离术早期规律行宫腔镜检查对恢复宫腔形态、防止再粘连、改善月经情况效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the appropriate time for hysteroscopic inspection after the transcervical resection of uterine adhesion. Methods 64 patients diagnosed with uterine adhesion were divided into test group and control group: test group did the first hysteroscopic inspection at 2 weeks after surgery,then checked at 3-5 days after menstruation for three con- secutive months, control group did hysteroscopic inspection at 3 months after surgery. Test group were followed by the hys- teroscopy for three months and all the patients were followed by the hysteroscopy and observed menstrual recovery at 3 months after operation. Results The recover of uterine cavity and improvement of menstrual situation form in the test group was superior to the control group (P〈0.05). The adhesion rate of the test group reduced with the increasing of inspections (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early and periodical hysteroscopic inspection could recover the uterine cavity form,prevent the recurrence of adhesion and improve the menstrual situation effectively for patients with intrauterine adhesions.
