急性颅脑损伤患者损伤程度及预后与血糖水平关系的研究

目的：探讨急性颅脑损伤患者的血糖水平与其损伤程度及预后的关系。方法回顾性分析225例急性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料，将急性颅脑损伤分为轻型、中型、重型3组，应用t检验的统计学方法分析血糖水平与颅脑损伤程度的关系。根据血糖水平将患者分为血糖正常组、血糖升高组、血糖＜11.1mmol/L组和血糖≥11.1mmol/L组，采用χ2检验的统计学方法分析血糖水平与急性颅脑损伤患者预后的关系。结果随着颅脑损伤程度的加重，血糖值明显升高（P＜0.01），呈正相关。颅脑损伤患者中，血糖值越高其预后越差（P＜0.01）。结论急性颅脑损伤患者的血糖水平可以作为监测病情及判断预后的指标，在治疗过程中严格控制血糖，可改善患者预后。

The research of the relationship between blood glucose level and injury degree,prognosis in the patients with acute cran-iocerebral injury

Objective To discuss the relationship between blood glucose level and injury degree , prognosis in patients with acute craniocerebral injury. Methods In this retrospectively study,according to Glasgow （GCS） score, 225 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group. T test statistical method was applied to analyze the relationship between blood glucose level and the degree of craniocerebral injury. According to blood glucose lev-el , 225 patients were divided into the group of normal blood glucose , high blood glucose , blood sugar ＆lt;11.1mmol/L group and blood sugar≥11.1mmol/L group. χ2 test statistical method was used to analyze the relationship between blood glucose level and the prognosis. Results With the degree of craniocerebral injury,blood glucose level increased significantly （P＆lt;0.01）, a positive correlation between them was found. Among medium and heavy craniocerebral injury patients ,the higher the blood glu-cose level had, the worse prognosis was（P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Among the patients with acute craniocerebral injury,the blood glucose can make judgment of the disease and the prognosis. It is important to improve the prognosis of patients by strict control of blood glucose.
