循证护理应用于2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者中的效果观察

目的：探讨循证护理在2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者中的应用效果。方法：将120例2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,3个月后,观察2组血糖、血压和生活质量变化。结果：空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hPG）和糖化血红蛋白（HbAl c）观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组血压控制情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组WHOQOL-BRI EF的心理领域、生理领域、环境领域和社会关系领域评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：循证护理能明显提高2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者的疗效和生活质量。

Clinical Observation on Evidence-based Nursing Applied to the Patients Suffering from Type Two Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension

Objective：To survey the effects of evidence-based nursing applied to the patients suffering from type two diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated with hypertension. Methods：All 120 patients were randomly allo-cated to the control group and the observation group. The control group were administered with routine care and the observation group evidence-based nursing. The changes of blood glucose, blood pressure and life quality of both groups were observed. Results： The observation group was lower than the control group remarkably in fasting blood-glucose （FPG）, 2 hours postprandial glucose （2hPG） and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） （P〈0.05）. Blood pressure controlling of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group notably in the scales of WHOQOL-BRIEF psychological field, physiologi-cal field, environmental field and social relationship field significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Evidence-based nurs-ing could notably raise therapeutic effects and life quality of the patients suffering from T2DM complicated with hy-pertension.
