妊高征孕妇血尿酸、血清镁及尿钙水平的临床价值研究

目的通过检测妊娠高血压综合征（pregnancy－induced hypertension，PIH）孕妇血尿酸、血清镁及尿钙的变化，来探讨上述指标对妊高征诊断、治疗及预后的价值。方法运用日立7180全自动生化分析仪对97例妊高征患者及108例正常孕妇进行血尿酸、血清镁及尿钙水平检测，并以正常孕妇为对照绘制ROC曲线。结果妊高征孕妇血尿酸显著高于正常孕妇组（t=2．286，P〈0．05），血清镁和尿钙水平显著低于正常孕妇组（t=8．242，P〈0．01；t=9．033，P〈0．01），且血清镁和尿钙浓度为0．805mmol／L和2．885mmol／L．对妊高征的诊断特异性和敏感性分别为89．8％、81．5％和91．7％、91．2％。结论检测孕妇血尿酸、血清镁及尿钙，对妊高征患者的诊断和监测具有非常重要的意义。

Study of the clinical value of the level of serum uric acid,magnesian ion and urinary calcium for PIH

Objective To explore the value of serum uric acid, magnesian ion and urinary calcium to diagnose preg- nancy-induced hypertension by detecting the changes of the three indicators. Methods Used Hitachi 7180 biochemistry auto- analyzer to detect the level of serum uric acid, magnesian ion and urinary calcium in 97 pregnant women of PIH and 108 normal pregnant women. Then drew the ROC curve. Results The level of serum uric acid in pregnant women of PIH was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant women（t=2.286 ,P〈0.05 ）. The level of magnesian ion and urinary calcium of pregnant wom- en of pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women （t=8.242,P〈0.01; t=9.033 ,P〈0.01 ）.When the level of magnesian ion and urinary calcium was 0.805mmol/L and 2.885mmol/L. The specificity and sensitivity for diagnosis of PIH was 89.8% ,81.5% and 91.7%,91.2% respectively. Conclusion Detecting the level of serum uric acid, magnesian ion and urinary calcium in pregnant women plays a very important role to diagnose and treat for pregnan- cy-induced hypertension.
