| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为治疗组(37例,采用复方甘草酸苷静点联合窄谱中波谱紫外线照射治疗)和对照组(39例,仅用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗),观察其疗效和安全性。结果治疗组有效率89.19%,对照组有效率33.33%,两组有效率差异有显著性(χ2=24.79,P<0.01)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合窄中谱紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹,疗效满意,值得在临床应用。

Clinical Observation of Therapeatic of Stronger Neo-Minophagen C Combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet B on Treating Pityriasis Rosea |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment result of pityriasis rosea by stronger Neo-Minophogen C Combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B.Methods 76 pityriasis rosea patients were divided randomly into two groups,The patients of treatment group(37,took injection with Stronger Neo-Minophagen C Combined with narrow-band ulraviolet B) and the patients of control group(39,only took with narrow-band ultraviolet B),Observation of effective and safe.Results The efficacy rate of patients in treatment groups was 89.19%,33.33% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Treatment result of pityriasis rosea by stronger Neo-Minophagen C combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B is Significant,and worth to apply to clinical use. |
