糖尿病合并肺结核的影像表现及分析

目的：分析糖尿病合并肺结核的影像学特点。方法；35例糖尿病患者进行胸片和病灶体层检查，同时收集临床资料，对结核及糖尿病进行动态观察，并与35例未合并糖尿病的肺结核病例进行影像学对照。结果：35例糖尿病肺结核的病灶以双上肺野分布的29例（29／35），病灶形态呈大片融合或斑块的有30例（30/35）本组病例中发现空洞的有26例（26／35），单一病灶内多发虫噬状空洞的23例（23／26）支气管播散多见。血糖控后，病灶大多好转。结论：糖尿病肺结核的影像学表现在病灶的分布、形态及病灶内外的情况具有特点，高血糖状态对结核病灶的影响。
