电针对炎性痛大鼠脊髓P物质和谷氨酸的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨电针治疗慢性炎性痛的相关机制。方法:采用完全弗氏佐剂关节炎大鼠模型,将36只成年SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组),弗氏佐剂致炎组(B组),电针组(C组)。电针处理在实验的第4d和第7d,电针(2/100Hz)阳陵泉和足三里两穴。观察患侧脊髓背角P物质(SP)表达的变化趋势和大鼠脊髓谷氨酸(Glu)含量。结果:与致炎组相比,正常组、电针组谷氨酸含量和患侧背角SP的表达均减少(P<0.01)。结论:电针的镇痛作用部分是通过抑制谷氨酸含量和P物质的释放实现的。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the the related mechanisms of electroacupuncture(EA)in the chronic inflammatory rats.Methods:Complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)arthritis model was adopted and 36 adult SD rats were divided into three groups randomly,including normal control group,CFA group and EA group.On days 4 and 7 of the experiment,electroacupuncture(2/100 Hz)was applied to the acupoints "yanglingquan"and"zusanli".The changes of the expression of substance P in the spinal dorsal horn were observed by the immunochemistry and the quantity of capillary electrophoresis(CE).Results:Compared with the CFA group,the quantity of glutamate in the lumbar spinal cord and the expression of SP in the spinal dorsal horn in the normal control group and EA group were lower significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The analgesia effect of EA was realized by suppressing the release of SP and lowering the quantity of Glu in spinal cord to some extent.
