脑卒中患者治疗过程中血浆雌二醇水平的动态变化

目的:探讨脑卒中患者治疗过程中血浆雌二醇水平的动态变化及其在脑卒中诊断和预后中的应用价值。方法:临床上确诊为脑卒中的50例患者分别在发病24h内,治疗后第35、、10、15d采用免疫化学发光法检测血浆雌二醇水平,在相同的时间点评价患者的神经缺损功能缺损程度,并在治疗后第15d复查头颅CT或MRI。结果:治疗后3d、5d1、0d、15d患者血浆雌二醇水平明显低于确诊24h内(P<0.01);治疗后15d雌二醇水平与10d比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。治疗后5d、10d1、5d患者的神经功能缺损评分明显低于确诊24h内(P<0.01);治疗后5d1、0d、15d神经功能缺损评分比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。治疗后15d复查头颅CT或MRI,提示好转48例。结论:脑卒中患者血浆雌二醇水平的变化可在一定程度上辅助脑卒中的诊断与预后,在临床上可作为参考的血液指标。

DYNAMIC CHANGES OF ESTRADIOL LEVEL IN PLASMA OF CEREBRAL APOPLEXY PATIENTS DURING TREATMENT

Objective:To investigate the dynamic changes of estradiol level in plasma of cerebral apoplexy patients during treatment,and the value of estradiol level in diagnosing and judging prognosis of cerebral apoplexy.Methods:The estradiol level in plasma of 50 clinical diagnosis cerebral apoplexy patients was detected by immunochemiluminescent method respectively diagnosed within 24h,and 3d,5d,10d,15d after treatment;At the same time point of detecting estradiol level,the neurological impairment degree of patients was evaluated;15d after treatment,CT or MRI of patients rechecked.Results:The estradiol level in plasma of patients 3d,5d,10d,15d after treatment were obviously lower than that diagnosed within 24h(P< 0.01);there had no obvious differences about estradiol level in plasma between 10d after treatment and 15d(P> 0.05).The neurological impairment score of patients 5d,10d,15d after treatment were signif icantly lower than that diagnosed within 24h(P< 0.01);there had no signif icant differences about neurological impairment score among 5d,10d and 15d after treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusions:The changes of estradiol level in plasma can help diagnosing and judging prognosis of cerebral apoplexy to a certain degree,and can be acted as referenced blood index in clinic.
