摘    要:目的:从临床研究探讨瘀热毒在系统性红斑狼疮发病中的重要作用。方法:对124例SLE临床病例瘀热毒相关症状、体征、实验室指标进行统计,并作相关性分析。结果:瘀、热、毒症状、体征及实验室检查相互间具有一定的交叉性、多重相关性。药物治疗中,病例90.20%都静脉用活血化瘀药,病例6.70%用抗血小板/抗凝药。结论:瘀热毒为系统性红斑狼疮的主要病理因素,热毒炽盛,深入营血,血络瘀阻,往往是系统性红斑狼疮活的基本病机,在本病的发病中起到了极其重要的作用,而瘀贯穿病程始终。

Abstract:Objective:Our subject team took systemic lupus erythematosus as the focal point and researched the importance of the Stasis,heat and toxin in systemic lupus erythematosus pathogenesis from theoretical and clinical research.Methods:We have systemically deepgoing studied the ancient and modern document on SLE,carried out its etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,differentiation of symptoms and signs by statistical analysis and medication.Results:we find that the symptom,physical sign and clinical labs index of stasis,heat and toxin has multiple and intersectional relevance each other.In the medicine treatment,90.20% of case were used the drugs to remove blood stasis,60.70% of case were used the antiplatelet/anti-clotting drug.Conclusion:It is concluded that the main pathologic factor of the systemic lupus erythematosus is stasis heat and toxin,and stasis throughout the course of disease,It provides clinical statistic data for stasis heat and toxin which have play the important role in lupus activity.Based on the research of toxic heat and blood stasis pathogenesis,we try to provide the basis for the stasis heat and toxin treatment.
