摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及其受体(VEGFR-3)的表达与大肠癌发生及微淋巴管形成的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测20例大肠正常粘膜、20例大肠腺瘤、80例大肠癌组织VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达水平;并用D2-40标记微淋巴管,检测各组织的微淋巴管密度(LMVD)。结果:大肠癌VEGF-C、VEGFR-3阳性表达率明显高于大肠腺瘤和正常大肠黏膜(P<0.05);大肠癌的LMVD值明显高于大肠腺瘤和正常大肠黏膜(P<0.05)。大肠癌VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达与LMVD值存在显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF-C、VEGFR-3可能参与了大肠癌的发生过程,并可促进大肠癌微淋巴管生成,从而促进肿瘤的淋巴结转移。

VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 EXPRESSION IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA AND RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN GENESIS OF MICRO-LYMPHATIC VESSELS

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationships between VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 expression in colorectal carcinoma(CC) and development of CC and genesis of micro-lymphatic vessels.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe expression of VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 in 20 cases large intestine normal membrane(NM),20 cases large intestine adenoma(Ad) and 80 cases CC.The micro-lymphatic density(LMVD) of NM,Ad and CC were calculated by using D2-40 as the specif ic marker of lymphatic endothelium.Results:The VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 positive expression in CC,and LMVD of CC were obviously higher than that of NM and Ad(P< 0.05).Moreover,the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in CC had obvious positive correlations with LMVD(P< 0.01).Conclusions:High expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 may play an important role in development of CC.VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 may promote lymph node metastasis of CC by promoting genesis of micro-lymphatic vessels.
