白芷提取物欧前胡素对洗涤血小板功能的影响

目的:观察白芷提取物欧前胡素对洗涤血小板的影响。方法:分别以ADP和凝血酶诱导血小板聚集,考察欧前胡素对血小板聚集的影响。结果:欧前胡素有极显著降低对ADP和凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集率和聚集曲线斜率的作用(P<0.01)。通过比较凝血酶诱导的聚集曲线,给药组与空白对照组有显著性差异,说明欧前胡素对血小板的第二相聚集反应有抑制作用。结论:欧前胡素有抑制血小板聚集的作用,并对血小板释放和花生四烯酸代谢有影响。

Study on Effect of Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica on Washed Platelet Aggretation

Objective： To investigate the effect of imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica on washed platelet aggregation. Methods： The platelet of rat blood was prepared and both ADP-induced and thromhin-induced platelet aggregation tests were used for the investigation. Results： Imperatorin from Radix Angelicae Dahurica significantly reduced the platelet aggregation rate and the aver- age slope of the curve＇s rising segment （P 〈0. 01 ）o From the comparison among the thrombin-induced platelet aggregation curves of different groups, it could be concluded that imperatorin had effect on the phase 2 of platelet aggregation. Conclusion： Imperatorin has the action of inhibiting platelet aggregation and has effect on release reaction of platelet and arachidonic acid metabolism in platelet.
