| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗的特点和优势.方法:回顾分析经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入检查及治疗的120例患者的临床资料.结果:经桡动脉途径完成冠状动脉造影116例,其中有42例行PCI,桡动脉穿刺及置管成功率为96.7％.结论:经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗安全可行,不仅创伤小,且成功率高、并发症少.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the features and advantages of coronary artery intervention diagnosis and treatment through radial artery.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients that took coronary artery intervention diagnosis and treatment through radial artery were retrospectively analyzed.Results:116 patients completed coronary arteriography,among which 42 patients were PCI.The successful rate of radial artery puncture was 96.7%.Conclusions:Coronary artery intervention diagnosis and treatment through radial artery is safe and feasible,moreover,it has more successful rate and less complications. |
