CRP、WBC、异型淋巴细胞检测在儿童感染性疾病中的应用

目的:探讨检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)及异型淋巴细胞对诊断儿童感染性疾病的意义与价值。方法:分别检测细菌性感染组(42例)、病毒性感染组(45例)、健康对照组(40例)患儿的全血CRP、WBC和异型淋巴细胞。结果:细菌感染组的WBC、CRP明显高于病毒感染组和健康对照组(P0.01);细菌感染组患儿WBC和CRP的阳性率明显高于异型淋巴细胞的阳性率(P0.01),且CRP的阳性率明显高于WBC的阳性率(P0.01)。病毒感染组的异型淋巴细胞明显高于细菌感染组和健康对照组(P0.01);病毒感染组患儿异型淋巴细胞的阳性率明显高于WBC和CRP的阳性率(P0.01)。结论:感染性疾病儿童检测CRP、WBC及异型淋巴细胞有助于早期鉴别诊断细菌感染和病毒感染。

APPLICATION OF DETECTING CRP,WBC AND ATYPICAL LYMPHOCYTE IN CHILDREN INFECTIOUS DISEASE

Objective:To investigate the significance and value of detecting C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC) and atypical lymphocyte in diagnosis of children infectious disease.Methods:The CRP,WBC and atypical lymphocyte in whole blood of children in bacterial infection group(42 cases),virus infection group(45cases) and healthy control group(40 cases) were respectively detected.Results:CRP and WBC of children in bacterial infection group were obviously higher than that in virus infection group and healthy control group(P<0.01).In bacterial infection group,the positive rate of WBC and CRP were obviously higher than the positive rate of atypical lymphocyte;moreover,the positive rate of CRP was obviously higher than that of WBC(P<0.01).Atypical lymphocyte of children in virus infection group was obviously higher than that in bacterial infection group and healthy control group(P<0.01);In virus infection group,the positive rate of atypical lymphocyte was obviously higher than the positive rate of WBC and CRP(P<0.01).Conclusions:Detection of CRP,WBC and atypical lymphocyte of children with infectious disease is beneficial for differential diagnosis of bacterial infection and virus infection early.
