正常人黄斑区局部视网膜电图

摘    要:对正常人黄斑区2.5°、5°、7.5°范围进行了局部视网膜电图(LERG)测定。结果表明,年龄、刺激光范围、频率等因素对LERG振幅、潜伏期有影响。随着年龄增加,LERG潜伏期延长、振幅有下降趋势。局部刺激光范围扩大.LERG振幅增大、潜伏期缩短。LERG振幅还与刺激光频率有关,3Hz和30Hz时可以记录到LERG较大振幅反应.以3Hz时振幅最高。正常人LERG的测定有助于了解黄斑的生理学特点。

Abstract:The local electroretinogram (LERG ) in macular region was recorded in 57 normal subjects' The influences of age,stimulated area, light frequency on LERG were observed. In the ages over 20 years,the latencies of LERG were prolonged and the amplitudes had a decreasing tendency at 2. 5 degrees region. The amplitudes of LERG became larger and the implicit times became shorter as the stimulated areas increased in 2. 5, 5, 7. 5degrees. The amplitudes were also associated with the frequencies of stimulating light from 1 to 50 Hz recorded from 5 eyes. We observed that amplitudes were larger at 3 and 30 Hz,the largest one occurred at 3 Hz.
