| 摘 要： | 目的 研究慢性牙周炎和牙周健康者血浆一氧化氮(NO)的水平差异,以及NO水平与牙周炎症的相关性.方法 选择慢性牙周炎患者22人作为实验组,牙周健康者40人作为对照组.分别采集清晨空腹静脉血,分离血浆样本,采用硝酸还原酶法测定其中NO水平.结果 牙周健康者和慢性牙周炎患者血浆NO含量分别为(86.65±40.45) μmol/L和(145±48.9) μmol/L,二者差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01),慢性牙周炎患者血浆NO水平明显升高,经基础治疗后NO含量显著下降.血浆NO水平与牙周炎症程度具有正相关关系(P＜0.01).结论 慢性牙周炎患者血浆NO水平显著高于牙周健康者,并与牙周炎严重程度相关.
