摘    要:本实验给脑缺血-再灌注损伤的家兔静脉注射CGRP,发现CGRP可减轻再灌注损伤所引起的脑水肿,抑制血浆和脑组织脂质过氧化产物(MDA)的升高,抑制脑组织中钙的升高,提示CGRP对脑缺血-再灌注具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:The effects of intravenously injected calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) on brain ischemia-reperfusion injury in the rabbit were studied. CGRP can reduce the brain edema caused by reperfusion injury, inhibit the increase of lipid peroxide product MDA in plasma, brain, and also inhibit the increase of calcium in brain tissue. This indicates CGRP has certain protective effect on brain ischemia-reperfusion injury.
