| 摘 要： | 医疗过程中人文关怀的不足是导致医患沟通与信任出现障碍的重要原因之一，而医疗非政府组织的社会责任和运转形式将有望给予专业化、个性化的人文关怀，从而协助医护人员改善医患关系，促进我国人文卫生事业更健康和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Nowadays one of the reasons that might worsen the relationship between doctors and patients is the lack of humanistic care during diagnosis and treatment,which leads to difficulties in communication and trust. The social responsibility and operation form of medical non-government organizations(NGOs)might be able to solve the contradiction by offering professional and personalized humanistic care,which can help improve the relationship be-tween doctors and patients,and promote the healthy and harmonious development of humanistic health career in Chi-na. |
