天津市某医院医疗纠纷的现状及防范策略分析

目的：分析某三级医院120例医疗纠纷的现状及原因，并提出防范策略。方法对从2009—2013年处理的120例医疗纠纷按纠纷原因分类汇总，采用2007版 Execl 进行分析，对医疗纠纷科室分布、年间分布、患者情况、纠纷原因等内容进行描述分析。结果医院外科、内科、骨科、妇产科为医疗纠纷高发科室，共占医疗纠纷发生总数的87.5%，纠纷的发生情况呈逐年上升的趋势，患者以天津市老年人口居多，纠纷原因主要是医疗质量问题、医患沟通告知不足，以及患者医学知识缺乏。结论造成医疗纠纷的原因有患方因素、医方因素和社会因素等。防范和化解医疗纠纷，重点在于加强医院管理，提高医疗技术水平和服务质量，加强医患沟通，重视医疗告知，拓宽医疗纠纷处理途径，建立完善第三方调解机制。

Cause and Prevention Measures of Medical Disputes in a Tianjin Hospital

Objectives To analyze the current situation and causes of the medical disputes in a hospital,and to propose prevention measures. Methods The 120 cases of medical disputes from 2009 to 2013 were sorted by the causes,and the distribution of departments,years of medical disputes,the patients’condition and so on were analyzed by Excel 2007.Results 87.5% of the medical disputes occurred in surgical department,orthopedics department,in-ternal medicine department and obstetrics and gynecology department.The amount of the disputes increased year by year.Most of the patients were civil elder populations,and the causes were mostly medical qualities,medical informs, doctor-patient’s unsuccessful communication and the patients’lack of medical knowledge.Conclusions There are many reasons for medical disputes,including patients’influences,medical actions and social surroundings.We should focus on strengthening care management,improving qualities of medical care,improving doctor-patient communica-tion,paying attention to medical informs,broadening ways of solving medical disputes and establishing the third-par-ty mediation institution.
