东莞市社区卫生服务机构医务人员职业前景认同现状调查分析

摘    要:目的:了解东莞市社区卫生服务机构医务人员对于目前职业前景认同的现况及其主要影响因素,为进一步完善东莞市社区卫生服务体系提供依据。方法通过整群抽样的方法,从东莞市中随机抽取3个镇,所抽中镇的全体社区卫生服务机构医务工作人员均为调查对象;采用问卷调查方式,对353名医务人员的职业前景认同感现状进行调查。结果在对所从事社区卫生服务工作发展前景调查中,认为具有良好发展前景的有148人,占51.0%;单因素分析显示,任职性质、年龄与工作前景认同感相关(χ2=9.12,P =0.010;z =3.18,P =0.001);将任职性质、年龄纳入 Logistic 回顾模型,结果显示,有编制人员对工作前景认同感高于无编制聘用人员(OR =3.47,95%CI :1.11~10.87),随年龄增长对工作前景认同感增强(OR=1.49,95%CI :1.16~1.91)。结论任职性质与年龄是社区卫生服务机构医务人员对职业前景认同感的主要影响因素,建议政府及社会应重视社区卫生服务机构工作人员发展,通过多方式、多渠道提高社区医务人员对工作岗位前景认同感,以优化社区卫生服务人才队伍结构,加强人才队伍建设。

Investigation and Analysis on Career Identity of Community Health Service Medical Worker in Dongguan
Abstract:Objectives To understand the status and influencing factors of career identity of Community Health Service medical worker and to provide evidence for Improving Community Health Service system in Dong-guan.Methods A multistage cluster sampling design was used and 3 towns in Dongguan were selected.All medical workers in Community Health Service at the selected towns were invited to participate in our study.All 353 partici-pants will need to fill out a questionnaire about career identity of Community Health Service.Results 148 of 353 considered that Community Health Service have a good prospects,accounting for 5 1.0%.Univariate analysis showed that type of work and age were associated with career identity(χ2 =9.12,P =0.010;z =3.18,P =0.001).Logistic Regression Analysis also suggested that type of work and age were associated with career identity(OR =3.83,95%CI :1.38~10.61 and OR=1.04,95%CI :1.01 ~1.07,respectively).Conclusions Government should be pay more attention to the development of health service staff in community agencies and use variety ways to improve the staffs’career identity,in order to optimize the structure of community health service personnel.
