医护一体化护理干预对住院保守治疗的急性胰腺炎患者住院时间和焦虑情绪的影响

目的：探究医护一体化护理干预对住院保守治疗的急性胰腺炎患者住院时间和焦虑情绪的影响。方法：采用完全随机分组方法随机选取从2013年2月至2014年2月因急性胰腺炎在我科住院保守治疗的患者共计80例，将所有患者对等分为实验组与对照组各40例。对照组按常规进行基本护理，实验组则在基本护理的基础之上实行医护一体化护理。分析比较实验组与对照组患者住院平均时长、焦虑评分及对护理的满意度。结果：对照组患者住院平均时长、焦虑评分均显著高于实验组患者，但实验组患者对护理满意度显著高于对照组患者，且差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：实行医护一体化护理干预能够有效缩短进行保守治疗的急性胰腺炎患者住院时长、缓解其焦虑情绪并提高其对护理的满意度，塑造医院公众形象，为医院整体发展带来积极影响。

Effect of all-in-one nursing intervention to hospital stay and anxiety of the patients cured by conservative treatment because of acute pancreatitis

Objective: To explore the effect of all-in-one nursing intervention to hospital stay and anxiety of the patients cured by conservative treatment because of acute pancreatitis.Methods: Selected 80 cases of acute pancreatitis treated by conservative in our department of the hospital from February 2013 to February 2014. hTe patients were randomly divided into experiment group with all-in-one nursing intervention and control group with traditional fundamental nursing intervention, each 40 cases. hTe hospital stay, anxiety grade and patients’ satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results: hTe hospital stay and anxiety grade of control group were observably higher than those of experiment group, but the degree of satisfaction of control group was observably lower than those of experiment group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:All-in-one nursingintervention is helpful to shorten the hospital stay, remit anxiety and exchange degree of satisfaction for the patients with acute pancreatitis cured by conservative treatment. Also, it’s helpful to shape the hospital image in public and bring positive impact on the developing of hospital.
