摘    要:目的:探讨分析医院静脉用药调配中心的传统与现状,利用现代科技进行改进,大幅提高安全性、精确度、效率,并减少污染。方法:以南方医院传统静脉用药调配中心为样本,与目前世界前沿技术“智能传输分拣系统”进行分析对比,比较其安全性、精确度、效率及减少污染等方面。结果:智能传输分拣系统,可大大提高静脉用药调配中心的效率和生产力,同时最大限度减少污染产生,提升输液配制、传送的安全性和精确度,为医院全面实现信息化提供基础的功能。结论:在医院推广、落实“智能传输分拣系统”,对大型医院静脉用药调配中心降低差错、提高效率、减少污染方面是十分必要的。

A study on intelligent transmission and sorting system for PIVAS
Abstract:Objective: To analyze the tradition and current situation of PIVAS, use the advanced technology to achieve a great improvement in safety, accuracy, effciency, and reduce pollution for PIVAS.Methods:Compared the safety, accuracy, effciency and pollution between the sample of PIVAS in Nanfang Hospital and the Intelligent Transmission Sorting System which owns advanced technology in the world.Results: The Intelligent Transmission Sorting System can greatly improve the effciency and productivity for PIVAS, reduce pollution to the large extent, enhance safety and accuracy in preparation and deliveries of infusions, and establish the foundation of hospital information. Conclusion: In order to reduce inaccuracy, improve efficiency and reduce pollution for PIVAS, it is necessary to bring the Intelligent Transmission Sorting System into practice and popularize the advanced technology in hospital.
