麻醉医师工作倦怠与心理弹性的关系研究

摘    要:目的:了解麻醉医师工作倦怠、心理弹性的水平及两者之间的关系。方法采用工作倦怠量表、心理弹性量表对承德市12家医院138名麻醉医师进行调查。结果 t检验显示,麻醉医师的工作倦怠状态在情绪衰竭和个人成就感两个维度得分与M氏常模差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉医师心理弹性水平显著低于常模(P<0.05),其3个维度得分从高到低为自强、坚韧、乐观。依据心理弹性总分将麻醉医师分为高分组和低分组,t检验显示,高分组的工作倦怠整体水平显著低于低分组(P<0.05),进一步的相关分析显示,工作倦怠各维度与心理弹性各维度均存在显著的相关关系(P<0.05)。结论我国麻醉医师工作倦怠水平普遍较高,心理弹性相对较差,因此各医疗卫生机构应采取有效措施提高其心理弹性水平,进而改善其工作倦怠。

Study on the Relationship of Resilience with Job Burnout among Anesthesiologists
Abstract:Objectives To investigate the status of job burnout and resilience among anesthesiologist ,and to ex-plore the relationship between them.Methods Totally 138 anesthesiologists from twelve hospitals were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey Scale and Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale.Results There were significant differences between anesthesiologists and M’s norm in emotional exhaustion and personal accom-plishment dimensions of job burnout(P<0.05). The resilience level of anesthesiologists was lower than that of the norm(P<0.05) ,and the scores of three dimensions of resilience ranking from high to low were self-reliance ,perse-verance and optimism. According to the score of resilience ,the anesthesiologists were divided into two groups:the high score group and the low score group. The job burnout score of the high score group was significantly lower than that of the low score group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there were significant relationships among every dimension of job burnout and resilience(P<0.05).Conclusions The total level of job burnout of anesthesiolo-gists is high ,yet ,their resilience level is low. Thus ,medical and health institutions need to take effective measures to improve the status of resilience of anesthesiologists ,which will contribute to their job burnout.
