武汉市某区老年糖尿病患者2年跟踪随访研究

目的：了解武汉市某区老年糖尿病患者血糖控制情况。方法以2012年免费体检老年人中患有糖尿病并愿意接受随访者为研究对象,以现场测定空腹血糖为主要诊断指标,结合既往病史和生活方式进行管理并跟踪随访2年。随访数据应用 SAS 9.12进行统计分析。结果2014年空腹血糖均值为6.64±2.25 mmol/L,显著低于2012年的12.79±2.20 mmol/L(t=-80.01,P <0.0001),64.26%的老年人空腹血糖值降低,糖尿病控制率显著提高。与2012年相比,调查对象平均腰围从86.29±8.56 cm 缩小到83.80±12.06 cm(t =6.89,P <0.0001),16.70%的老年人腰围恢复正常；超重比例降低,而肥胖比例增加；体育锻炼率和体育锻炼达标率均显著增高。结论该地区老年糖尿病患者体育锻炼活动在不断增强,血糖控制率有所提高,但肥胖和合并高血压比例仍增加,需持续加强对老年糖尿病患者的健康管理,有效控制高血压。

A Two Years Follow-up Survey of Senile Diabetes Mellitus in a District of Wuhan City

Objectives To describe the control status of senile diabetic mellitus (DM)in a district of Wu-han.Methods The subjects were from those participated in the free medical of residents in 2012.They accepted the management and follow-up on a voluntary basis.The diagnosis of DM and IFG was made according to fasting blood-glucose.The data was analyzed by SAS 9.12.Results The mean value was 6.64±2.25 mmol/L in 2014,which was significantly lower than that in 2012(12.79±2.20 mmol/L,t=-80.01,P <0.000 1).The percent of fasting blood sugar levels reducing was 64.26% in these respondents.The control rate was rising significantly.Compared with 2012,the average waistline decreased from 86.29±8.56 to 83.80±12.06 cm(t=6.89,P <0.000 1).1 6.70% waist-lines were back to normal of the old people.Overweight rate was reduced,and obesity rate was rising.Physical exer-cise rate and sports success rate were significantly increased.Conclusions Physical exercise rate of elderly DM pa-tients enhanced and the control rate was rising.However,the obesity rate and hypertension rate were rising.So it is still important to manage the patients,especially effective control the hypertension.
