风险社会视角下的医患信任研究--基于北京市三级甲等医院的实证研究

目的：了解北京市三级医院的医患信任现状及影响因素，探讨改善医患信任的措施。方法对北京市6家三级医院的593名医务人员进行问卷调查并对结果进行统计分析。结果医患信任的评分为2.81±0.93分，其中低风险认知组的医患信任程度显著高于高风险认知组。城市三级医院医患之间的信任类型以声誉型信任为主(532人)，卫生政策对医疗服务和医患信任有较大影响，总体评分为4.02分。结论风险社会背景下，医患信任具有脆弱性，应从提高医疗机构诊疗水平、拓宽医患沟通渠道、完善医疗卫生政策等多种途径促进医患信任。

Researchof the Doctor-patient Trust under Risk Society View:Empirical Research of Tertiary Hospital in Beijing

Objectives To understand the current doctor-patient trust and factors in tertiary hospital in Beijing and discuss measures to improve doctor-patient trust.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 593 medical personnel in six tertiary hospitals in Beijing,and the results were analyzed by statistical techniques.Results The mean score of the doctor-patient trust evaluation was 2.81±0.93,and the score of low risk cognitive group was significantly higher than the high risk cognitive group.The trust type largely belonged to reputation mechanism(532 persons).The score of health policy evaluation was 4.02 and it had great influence on medical service and trust.Conclusions Under the background of risk society,the doctor-patient trust is vulnerable.We should improve the level of diagnosis and treatment,broaden the channels of communication and improve medical and health policy to promote doctor-patient trust.
