摘 要: | 目的 探讨微信公众平台改善剖宫产术后镇痛治疗的效果. 方法 将术后采用自控镇痛的240例剖宫产患者按完全随机法分为传统管理组(T组)和微信管理组(W组),每组120例.T组麻醉医师每日随访患者,患者术后出现疼痛由病区护士通知麻醉医师处理.W组术前指导患者加入微信公众号爱心诊室,通过微信平台宣教镇痛相关知识,术后患者或家属通过微信平台将疼痛信息反馈给麻醉医师,麻醉医师根据镇痛效果做出处理.比较两组患者术后6、12、24、48 h疼痛数字评分(numerical rating scale,NRS)、患者镇痛满意度、医护人员对患者疼痛关注率及患者镇痛信息反馈率. 结果 W组患者术后NRS评分均较低,在6、12、24、48 h分别为(2.4±-0.7)、(1.5±0.8)、(1.3±0.9)、(1.1±0.9)分,相对于T组在相应时间点的评分[(3.2±1.0)、(2.8±0.9)、(2.5±0.7)、(2.0±0.8)分]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);镇痛满意度由T组的78.3%增加到W组的96.7%(P<0.05);医护人员对疼痛的关注率由T组的81.7%增加到W组的97.4%(P<0.05);患者镇痛信息反馈率由T组的25.83%增加到W组的85.00%(P<0.05). 结论 与传统剖宫产术后镇痛管理方法比较,通过微信搭建“医患”信息沟通平台,可及时有效地提高剖宫产术后患者镇痛管理质量.

The effect of WeChat clinic service in improvement of analgesia treatment after cesarean section |

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of WeChat clinic service on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.Methods Two hundred and forty patients undergoing cesarean section with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia were randomly divided into traditional management group (T group,n=120) and WeChat management group (W group,n=120).In the T group,the patients were followed-up daily.The nurse informed the anesthesiologist whenever the patients suffered form pain problems.In the W group,the patients were guided to join in the WeChat public service and were educated with knowledge of analgesia before the operation.The patients or their family members fed back pain problems via WeChat to the anesthesiologists,then the anesthesiologists dealt with these issues according to the effect of analgesia.The numerical rating scale (NRS) score was compared between two groups at the 6,12,24,48 h postoperatively.The patient satisfaction,the pain attention rate of medical staff on patients and the analgesic information feedback rate of patients were also compared between T group and W group.Results Compared with T group [(3.2±1.0),(2.8±0.9),(2.5±0.7),(2.0±0.8)],the NRS score was significantly higher in W group[(2.4±0.7),(1.5±0.8),(1.3±0.9),(1.1±0.9)] at different time points.Patient satisfaction was increased in W group (96.7%) in comparison to T group (78.3%).The pain attention rate of Medical staff was noted to be higher in W group (97.4%) versus T group (81.7%).The analgesic information feedback rate of patients was also increased in W group (85.00%) versus T group (25.83%).Conclusions Compared with the traditional management method,WeChat can improve the quality of postoperative analgesia management after cesarean section timely and effectively. |
