摘    要:我国当前的医患关系日益紧张,医患纠纷愈演愈烈。能否既维护医院利益,又合理、合法且不乏人情味地引导患者依法维权,快速高效化解矛盾,医疗纠纷调节人员具备良好的素质至关重要。从品格、心理、业务、行为4个方面,详细阐述个人素质在纠纷处理中的重要性,对医疗机构选配纠纷调解人员进行参考。

The Quality Requirement for Medical Dispute Mediator
Abstract:Currently doctor-patient relationship in China is tensing with more and more medical disputes. There-fore,medical dispute mediators of high quality is crucial for balancing between protecting hospital’s interest and safeguarding patients’rights in a rational,lawful and humanistic way and solve the problem efficiently.This article e-laborates the importance of personal quality in handling medical disputes and provides reference for selecting media-tors.
