某医科大学临床医学专业大学生健康素养知晓率及影响因素研究

目的：了解医科大学临床医学专业本科学生健康素养水平及影响因素，为今后更好地开展健康教育提供依据。方法采用中国健康教育中心统一研制的《2009年中国公民健康素养调查问卷》，利用随机整群抽样的方法，对某医科大学345名临床医学本科学生进行问卷调查。结果临床医学本科学生健康素养知晓率为7.54％，其中科学健康观和慢性病预防知晓率较低，分别为6.38％和7.54％，安全与急救方面的知晓率较高，为62.32％。经Logistic回归模型进行变量筛选，年级、民族和生源地为健康素养影响因素。结论临床医学专业本科学生总体健康素养水平不高，特别是慢性病和传染病预防等知识知晓率较低。应根据不同年级的需要增设慢性病预防和传染病预防课程，利用传统教学、校园网络以及推行民汉学生合堂合班合宿等方式提高医学生的健康素养水平。

Research of the Health Literacy Awareness and the Influencing Factors among Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Students in a Medical University

Objectives To understand the health literacy awareness and the influencing factors among Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Students ,and to provide guidance for developing health education in future.Methods Stratified random cluster sampling method was used to choose 345 clinical medicine undergraduates ,and“Health Lit-eracy Questionnaire of Chinese Citizens in 2009”which developed by Center of Chinese Health Education was used to carried out the survey.Results The whole awareness rate of undergraduates was 7.54% .The awareness rates of scientific health view and chronic disease prevention were 6.38% and 7.54% respectively. The awareness rate of safety and first aid was 62.32%. The logistic regression result showed that grade ,nation and origin of student were influencing factors of the students’health literacy.Conclusions The health literacy of the clinical undergraduate students is low ,especially in terms of chronic diseases and infectious disease prevention.Chronic disease and infec-tious disease prevention course should be opened according to different grade ,and traditional teaching ,campus net-work and so on should be conducted to improve health literacy of the medical students.
