医学统计学试卷的信度与效度分析

目的 分析医学统计学试卷的信度与效度,为评价试卷质量提供科学依据.方法 以某高校2005级骨伤班学生为研究对象,收集2008-2009学年第1学期医学统计学等7门课程的成绩,以邓小平理论等6门课的成绩为参考,运用SPSS11.0软件对医学统计学考试成绩进行分析.结果医学统计学试卷的难度为0.76,区分度为0.32,克朗巴赫α系数为0.62,标化α系数为0.65,效标效度为0.50,区分效度佳(P<0.001).结论 该试卷具有良好的信度和效度,是一份设计合理的医学统计学试卷,但仍有改进的空间.

Analyze the reliability and validity of an examination paper for medical statistics

Objective Testing the reliability and validity of an examination paper for medical statis tics.to provide a scientific basis for assessing the quality of examination paper.Methods A class of students wss selected aS research objects,whose seven courses examination scores of the first term in 2008-2009 school curriculums were collected.SPSS11.0 software wag used to do statistical analysis on medical statistics score with other 6 courses score as a reference.Results For medical statistics paper,the difficulty is 0.76,differentiation is 0.32.Cronbach's a coefficient is 0.62.For validity,the paper has good discriminate validity (P<0.001),with criterion-related validity equals 0.50.Conclusion The paper has good reliability and validity.is a well-designed medical statistics examination paper,however further improvement is warranted.
