牙列缺失伴牙周病患者综合治疗的疗效观察

目的:评价牙列缺失伴牙周病患者采用综合治疗的临床效果。方法:随机选择来门诊进行牙列修复治疗的180例伴不同程度牙周病患者,在修复牙列缺失的同时,配以中西药联合等措施综合治疗牙周病,并经1~4年随访观察。结果: 180例中疗效良好162例( 90% ),明显改善12例( 6. 7% ),无效6例(3. 3% )。结论:牙列缺失伴牙周病患者通过以上治疗方法,不仅修复了牙列缺失,而且使牙周病得到了有效治疗。修复治疗配合中西药物等综合治疗,提高了疗效。随访观察证明,早期治疗和综合治疗是治疗牙周病的科学有效途径,只要坚持治疗,均可获得满意效果。

Observation on effect of dentition defect with periodontal disease in combined treatment

AIM:To evaluate the clinical effects of treating dentition defect with periodontal disease in combined treatment.METHODS:One hundred and eighty patients with serious periodontal disease who also need prosthetic treatment were selected for the study.As repairing the dentition defect,herbal treatment was used to the periodontal disease.The follow-up last about three years.RESULTS:Among 180 patients treated with regimen mentioned,162 cases healed(90%),12 cases improved(6.6%) and only 6 cases failed(3.3%).CONCLUSION:The combine western medical administration with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of periodontal disease can get better recovery rate.Moreover,coupled with prosthetic treatment,the prognosis could be more satisfactory.Therefore the combined treatment for periodontal disease is scientific as well as effective.
