| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨微血管密度（micmvessel density，MVD）与涎腺黏液表皮样癌（mucoepidermoid carcinoma，MEC）生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法，检测46例涎腺黏液表皮样癌内微血管密度，并将检测结果与患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果 涎腺黏液表皮样癌组织内微血管密度与其分化程度及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．01），而与患者的性别、年龄无关（P〉0．05）。结论 微血管密度与涎腺黏液表皮样癌组织的分化程度和淋巴结转移有关，微血管密度可能参与或促进涎腺黏液表皮样癌的形成。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between microvessel density(MVD)and biological behaviors of human mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC).Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect MVD in the tissues from mucoepidermoid carcinoma(n=46).The microvessel density and its pathological features were evaluated.Results MVD in mucoepidermoid carcinoma was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation(P<0.01),but not correlated with age and sex(P>0.05).Conclusion MVD is correlated with differentiation,metastasis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.MVD may be involved in the progression of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. |
