| 摘 要： | 目的:比较两组的疗效差异以寻找治疗该病的最佳方法。方法:将80例艾滋病并发周围神经病变患者随机分为针刺治疗组(治疗组)和药物治疗组(对照组),治疗组采用针刺的方法,对照组采用药物疗法,进行临床观察。结果:治疗组总有效率96.3％,对照组总有效率50.0％,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用整体观念辨证针刺可以提高艾滋病并发周围神经病变的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic effects between both acupuncture and medication groups in order to search for the best therapeutic method of the disease. Methods 80 cases of peripheral neuropathy complicated by acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and medication group. They were treated with acupuncture and medicine respectively, and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results The total effective rate was 96.3% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture can increase the therapeutic effect on peripheral neuropathy complicated by AIDS. |
