改良新式剖宫产术292例分析

目的：探讨改良新式剖宫产术的临床效果。方法：改良新式剖宫产术是在对处理胎盘、子宫切口、腹膜、皮肤切口等方面做了改良,并与原新式剖宫产术进行分析比较。结果：改良新式剖宫产术具有手术时间短、疼痛轻的优点,较原新式剖宫产术比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。改良新式剖宫产术还具有术中出血少、粘连少、排气快的优点,较原新式剖宫产术比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：改良新式剖宫产术具有术中出血少、腹膜粘连少、疼痛轻、手术时间短、术式简单、术后恢复快的优点,值得推广。

Analysis of improved new cesarean section in 292 cases

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of the improved new cesarean section.Methods： Improved new cesarean section was improved to handle the placenta,the uterine incision,peritoneal and skin incision.And compared with the new cesarean section.Results： Improved new cesarean section had the advantages of short operation time and less pain,compared with the new cesarean section,there was a statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Improved new cesarean section also had less bleeding,adhesion,quick exhaust,compared with the new cesarean section,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Improved new cesarean section has less bleeding,less peritoneal adhesion,less pain,short operation time,simple and quick recovery,it＇s worthy of promotion.
