经阴道超声动态观察对不典型异位妊娠的临床诊断价值

摘    要:目的 通过经阴道超声对不典型异位妊娠患者进行动态观察,评价阴道超声对不典型异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法56例临床高度怀疑异位妊娠的患者(平均30K,1岁,42例有停经史,停经时间32—68d)接受腹部二维超声检查,结果阴性。接着进行动态经阴道超声检查,间隔3-4d,直至确诊。结果腹部超声阴性患者立即行第1次经阴道超声检查发现异位妊娠32例,第2次经阴道超声检查发现17例,第3次发现7例。结论经阴道超声检查对不典型异位妊娠具有明显优势,动态观察有利于提高异位妊娠的检出率,提高诊断的及时性和准确性。

Abstract:Objective To compare the values of dynamic transvaginal ultrasound (TVU) and transabdominal ultrasound (TAU) in diagnosis of atypical ectopic pregnancy (EP). Methods TAU was performed on 56 patients, aged 31.0 (17 - 45),42 with a history of menopause for 32 - 68 days, clinically suspected as with EP, and got negative results. Then TVU was conducted successively.with an interval of 3 - 4 days until a definite diagnosis was made. Results The first TVU discovered 32 cases as with EP, the second TVU discovered 17 cases, and the third TVU discovered 7 cases. Conclusion TVU shows obvious superiority to TAU in diagnosis of atypical EP. Dynamic TVU helps raise the early detection rate.
