| 摘 要： | 目的观察非穿透小梁切除联合激光周边虹膜切除术治疗青少年性青光眼的临床疗效。方法对36例（44眼）青少年性青光眼行非穿透小梁切除术联合激光周边虹膜切除术。术后随访18月，观察患者眼压、视力及滤过泡情况。结果术后眼压控制良好，与术前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。术后视力均不低于术前。在术后各期随访中42眼（95．45％）表现为功能性滤过泡。结论非穿透小梁切除联合激光周边虹膜切除治疗青少年性青光眼效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Non-penetrating trabecular surgery and laser peripheral iridectomy on juvenile glaucoma. Methods Non-penetrating trabecular surgery and laser peripheral iridectomy were performed on 44 eyes of 36 patients with juvenile glaucoma.Intraocular pressure was measured pre-and post-operation,visual acuity and the bleb appearance were record during the 18 months of follow-up period.
