分化抗原6A8在B淋巴细胞膜和胞浆中的表达

EXPRESSION OF DIFFERENTIATION ANTIGEN 6A8 BOTH ON THE MEMBRANE AND IN THE CYTOPLASM OF 3D5 CELLS

Study on the expression of differentiation antigen 6A8 on the membrane and in the cytoplasm of B lymphocytes. Observation of indirect fluorescence staining upon a flowcytometer and a lazer scan confocal microscope, Northern blot and western blot. Flowcytometric analysis demonstrated that B cell line 3D5, CESS, Daudi and a histocytoma cell line U937 were positively stained, K562 cell and T cell line Jurkat. Peer were negatively stanined by McAb 6A8. Northern blot confirmed the discovery in that the mRNA expressed in 3D5 cell, CESS cell and U937 cell is rich, and in Jurkat and Peer cell is poor. The examination upon a lazer scan confocal microscope revealed the expression of the differentiation antigen recognized by McAb 6A8 both on the membrane and in the cytoplasm of 3D5 cell. Differentiation antigen 6A8 is expressed both on the membrane and in the cytoplasm of 3D5 cell.
