金凤丸中何首乌薄层鉴别的改进

摘    要:目的对金凤丸中何首乌薄层鉴别方法的改进,更有效控制其质量。方法供试品制备方法改为盐酸、水与三氯甲烷共回流提取。结果分离效果好,斑点清晰。结论本法简单、准确.可有效地控制该制剂中何首乌的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the identification by TLC in Radix Polyoni Multiflori of jinfenwpillan. METHODS Sample preparation was changed hydrochloric acid, water and chloroform by heat reflux extraction method. RESULTS The spots were clear and separated completely in the TLC methods. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate which can be used to control the quality in Radix Polyoni Multiflori of Jinfenwall.
