常规放疗与伽玛刀加常规放疗治疗鼻咽癌130例临床分析

目的探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)的放疗方式及预后。方法对130例NPC患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据放疗方法的不同分为常规放疗(CRT)组100例、伽玛刀(GKS)+CRT组30例,分析不同放疗方法的并发症、局部控制率和生存率。结果 CRT组与GKS+CRT组晚期并发症发生率比较无统计学差异;1、3年生存率分别为99%、90%与96.7%、92%,两组比较均无统计学差异;局部复发率分别为18%、3.3%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 GKS+CRT治疗鼻咽癌,不增加患者并发症、可减少复发、提高患者生活质量。

Clinical analysis of 130 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with conventional radiotherapy and gamma knife plus conventional radiotherapy

Objective To study radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and its prognosis.Methods Clinical data of 130 patients with NPC were retrospectively reviewed.According to treatment modalities,the patients were divided into conventional radiotherapy(CRT) group(n=100) and gamma knife radiosurgery(GKS) plus CRT group(n=30).Complication rate,survival rate and locally recurrent rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in complication rate between CRT group and GKS plus CRT group.The survival rates of the two groups were 99.0% and 96.7%(1-year) and 90.0% and 92.0%(3-year),respectively,and there were no significant difference,either.The locally recurrent rates were 18.0% in CRT group and 3.3% in GKS plus CRT group,between which there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Without increasing complication,GKS plus CRT can reduce locally recurrent rate and improve quality of patients with NPC.
