| 摘 要： | 目的：分析下颌骨骨折患者睡眠结构，探讨不同部位的下颌骨骨折与发生阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症(0SAS)之间的关系。方法：采用多导睡眠监测仪监测42例不同程度的下颌骨骨折患者，记录睡眠呼吸暂停指数(AI)及睡眠时血氧饱和度水平，进行术前、术后、合并与不合并0SAS的比较。结果：42例下颌骨骨折患者中14例合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症，以下颌下正中多发性骨折最多见；手术经颌骨复位固定后所有睡眠呼吸暂停均消失。结论：下颌骨骨折合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者应争取尽早手术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the sleeping structure of mandible fracture patients,explore the relationship between the site of mandible fracture and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods:Multi-polar sleeping monitor was used to examine 42 cases mandible fracture patients,apnea index and SPO2 were recorded pre and post operation.Results:There were 14 cases mandible fracture patients combined with OSAS in overall 42 patients.The most popular site was in the middle of mandible.All of the symptom disappeared after fixation of mandible fracture.Conclusions:Operation is the best way to cure OSAS in mandible fracture patients. |
