隐性乳腺癌的诊治分析

目的探讨隐性乳腺癌的诊断和治疗方法.方法对30例隐性乳腺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 22例X线钼靶摄片检查,异常者14例,12例经免疫组化检查,确诊11例.全部病例行乳腺癌根治术或改良根治术加放化疗及内分泌治疗.术后回访22例,复发死亡6例,15例术后无瘤生存＞5 a.结论 X线钼靶摄片、活检和免疫组化检查对隐性乳腺癌检出率高,治疗以乳腺癌根治术或改良根治术为主,辅以放疗、化疗、内分泌、基因治疗的全身综合性治疗.

Diagnosis and Treatment on the Occult Breast Cancer

[Objective] To explore the method for diagnosing and treating occult breast cancer. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 30 cases of occult breast cancer. [ Results ] 14 cases out of 22 were found abnormal through breast rocntgenography. 11 out 12 that underwent immunohistochemical test were confirmed breast cancer. All the cases underwent radical or modified radical mastectomy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy. Post- operation follow- up was made on 22 cases, 6 of whichdied of relapse, 15 cases survived for over 5 years with no tumor. [Conclusion] Breast roentgenography, lump biopsy and immunohistochemistry have a high detection rate for the diagnosis of breast cancer; radical or modified radical mastectomy is a mainstay for the treatment of breast cancer assisted by an integrative therapy including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrinotherapy and genetic therapy.
