摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及重组技术对肺动静脉瘘(PAVF)诊断的价值。方法:应用16层螺旋CT扫描机对7例肺动静脉瘘进行扫描,并获得各种后处理图像。结果:7例PAVF患者中,单发病灶4例,多发病灶2例,弥漫性分布1例。肿瘤样扩张的血管囊腔与其相连的供血动脉和引流静脉血管为PAVF的基本解剖结构。MSCT三维肺血管重组均能充分显示供血肺动脉、引流静脉的空间关系与解剖细节。结论:MSCT及重组技术对肺动静脉瘘的诊断具有重要价值,MSCT可作为诊断PAVF的首选影像检查方法。

Abstract:Objective:To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and reconstruction techniques in the diagnosis of pulmonary arterio-venous fistula(PAVF).Methods:7 cases of PAVF were examined with 16 slices spiral CT.Three-dimension reconstruction was performed and all kinds of post-processing images were acquired.Results:Of the 7 cases with PAVF,there were solitary lesion in 4 cases,multiple lesions in 2 cases and diffuse distribution in 1 case.The basic anatomic structure of PAVF was tumor-like dilatation of the vascular sac connected with feeding artery and drainage vein.The spatial relationship and anatomical characteristics of feeding arteries and drainage veins could be fully illustrated by 3-dimension images of MSCT.Conclusoin:MSCT and reconstruction techniques are valuable and could be used as the first choice modality for the diagnosis of PAVF.
