静脉用药器具与压力对药液微粒污染的实验研究

摘    要:为探讨注射器具和注射压力对静脉用药中药液微粒污染的影响,采用ZWF-4型注射液微粒分析仪检测静脉输注联合静脉注射的器具及加压后药液中不溶性微粒的数目。结果:一次性注射器及一次性头皮针对药液微粒污染的影响无统计学意义;一次性输液三通管在无加压的情况下有滞留药液微粒的作用,加压后微粒显著增加,提示;应重视静脉用药时压力对药液微粒污染的影响,尤其是静脉输注联合静脉推注药液时应加过滤装置,以提高用药的安全性。

Abstract:To probe into the affect of injecting set and injecting pressure on medicated solution contaminated by particles during intravenous infusion, ZWF-4 model injection particle analyzer was adopted to detect the number of indissoluble particles among the medicated solution via intravenous dripping set combined with injecting set and raising pressure. Results showed that there was no statistical significance in terms of both disposable syringe and disposable scalp needle affecting on the medicated solution. However, disposable infusion three-limb tube was with some retention of medicated particles even when no pressure was added.The retention particles were increased remarkably while adding pressure to injection. Suggested that one should pay more attention to the affecting of injection pressure on particle contamination of medicated solution as one performed intravenous infusion. Particularly, filter apparatus should be facilitated while intravenous dripping combined injection was given, in this way, one can enhance the safety of drug administration.
