| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阿立哌唑与氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及安全性.方法:46例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑与氯氮平,治疗8周,用阳性与阴性症状表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应.结果:阿立哌唑组疗效与氯氮平组疗效相当,阿立哌唑不良反应显著少于氯氮平.结论:阿立哌唑是一种安全有效的抗精神病药.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and side effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of first-episode schizophrinia.Method: Forty-six schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into aripiprazole group and clozapine group for 8 weeks.PANSS and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects respectively.Result:There were no significant difference in the total caraive effects between two groups(P>0.05).Aripiorazole had less side effects than clozapine did.Conclusion:Aripiprazole is a safe and effective antipcychotic drug. |
