步长脑心通对急性冠状动脉综合征血清基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物水平的影响

摘    要:目的:研究应用步长脑心通胶囊对急性冠脉综合征患者动脉粥样斑块细胞外基质降解的抑制、减少炎症、稳定斑块的作用。方法:采用随机对照双盲方法,将急性冠脉综合征患者(60例)分为治疗组、对照组,测定两组治疗前后血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及其抑制物组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子1(TIMP-1),高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血脂水平。结果:治疗组MMP9,TIMPI,MMP-9/TIMP1,hs-CRP、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)略有升高,但无显著性差异。血浆MMP-9与MMP-9/TIMP-1、hs-CRP水平呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与TC呈正相关(P<0.05),TIMP-1与MMP-9/TIMP-1呈负相关(P<0.05),MMP-9/TIMP-1、TIMP-1、hs-CRP与TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C无相关。结论:在急性冠状动脉综合征患者中应用步长脑心通治疗可以减少斑块基质成分的降解和炎性反应,降低血脂,具有稳定斑块作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influences of BuChangNaoXinTong capsule on Plasma Matrix matelloprotei-nases-9 (MMP-9),Tissue-inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1), MMP-9/TIMP-1 and high sensitive C-reaction protein (hs-CRP) levels of patient with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods: Thirty patient with ACS were assigned to BuChangNaoXinTong group (3/tid of BuChangNaoXinTong for 3 month,n=30) or control group (No lipid-lowering drups were used , n=30) in a randomized, donble-blind,control study. Plasma levels of MMP-9,TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1,hs-CRP and lipid were detected before and after treatment. MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were assayed by ELISA. The lipids were assayed by turbimetric method. Results: After BuChangNaoXinTong capsule treatment, the levels of serum MMP-9 TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1,hs-CRP were significantly decrease compare with those of control group (P < 0.01). Conclusions: BuChangNaoXinTong capsule can decrease the plasma MMP-9, TIMP-1, hs-CRP levels .The role of BuChangNaoXinTong capsule hold back artery coronary atherosclerotic maybe relative to restrain of inflammatory.
