中医药与血脂异常

血脂异常乃本虚标实之证,病因为饮食失节,七情内伤和素体虚弱,病机系素体脾虚或肝肾亏虚导致痰湿内聚,气机受阻,血行不畅而成血瘀,最终导致痰瘀互结。痰浊与瘀血是病理基础。肾为先天之本,肾气虚则血行不畅而致瘀;肾虚气化失司,水湿内停而生痰,痰瘀互结形成血脂异常;脾失健运,水谷无以化生气血,脂膏贮留于体内,侵入血脉,形成血脂异常。张学智将血脂异常分为四型：痰浊阻遏、气滞血瘀、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚。临床当因人而异,活血化痰,通络降脂,滋补肝肾,补脾和胃,标本兼治,未病先治,既病防变。
