阿希米联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效观察

目的:探索阿希米联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法:将2003年4月至2005年5月本院妇科门诊459例宫颈糜烂患者随机分成2组,分别采用微波和阿希米加微波进行治疗。观察、比较疗效和副反应。结果:微波对单纯型宫颈糜烂治愈率显著优于颗粒型及乳头型,治愈率分别为94.5%、84.4%、63.3%。阿希米联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂三种类型治愈率分别为100%、92.6%、86.1%。但两种方法对颗粒型治愈率未显示有意义的差异。但治疗组对乳头型的治愈率比对照组高,有明显差异(P<0.05),并明显减少阴道排液量,防止坏死痂皮感染,缩短创面愈合时间。结论:阿希米联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂明显优于微波治疗,特别适用于颗粒型及乳头型宫颈糜烂,并促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,减少阴道排液量及感染的发生。

Effect of Asimi Combined with Mircowave on Cervical Erosion

Objective Observe the effect of curing the cervical by Asimi combinied with Microwave Therapy.Methods From Apr.2003 to May.2005, the gynecologist in the gynecology clinic of our hospital divided 459 patients of cervical erosion into two groups,respectively cured them by Asimi combinied with Microwave Therapy and Microwave only.Results The cure rate of the pure Microwave Therapy curing single-typed cervical erosion is remarkably higher than curing granular-typed and nipple-typed cervical erosions.The cure rate is separately 94.5%、84.4%、63.3%,while the cure rate of using Asimi combined with Microwave Therapy to cure these three types of cervical erosion is respectively 100%、92.6%、86.1%.In contrast, these two methods made no meaningful difference to the granular-typed cervical erosion,but to the nipple-typed one,the cure of these two methods has obvious diversity.Asimi combined with Microwave Therapy can reduce the amount of vaginal excretion,prevent skin necrosis from infecting and shorten the time of the wound healing. Conclusion Asimi combined with Microwave Therapy is superior to the pure Microwave Therapy in curing cervical erosion,especially to granular-typed and nipple-typed ones.It can accelerate to heal the wound,cut down the time of the wound healing,decrease vaginal excretion and stop infecting the wound.
