| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数(AIP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者合并冠心病的关系。方法选择96例2型糖尿病患者,按有无合并冠心病分成两组,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI),测量血压、血脂,血糖,计算AIP(指TG/HDL-C比值的对数值)。结果与2型糖尿病组比较,合并冠心病组BMI、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C差异无显著性(P>O.05),而AIP值差异显著(P<0.001),多因素logistic回归分析显示AIP与糖尿病合并冠心病的发生呈独立正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论AIP间接反映LDL-C颗粒直径的大小,可作为2型糖尿病患者发生大血管并发症危险性独立指标。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the relationship between atherogenic index of plasma and type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 96 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups based on with or without coronary heart disease.Atherogenic index was defined as the Log value of TG/HDL-C ratio.Results There were no significant difference between two groups on the value of BMI,TG,TC,LDI-C(P>0.05),but the value of AIP in patients with complicated coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those without complications(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that AIP was positive correlation to CHD in the patients with type 2 patients.Conclusion The value of AIP can be regarded as an independent risk marker for the type 2 diabetes with CHD. |
