彩色多普勒超声心动图对不同部位室性心动过速左室收缩功能的影响

用超速抑制刺激方式致健康犬不同心室起源部位的室性心动过速，应用彩色多普勒超声技术测得血流动力学的一系列指标对室速时左室收缩功能进行研究。结果显示：不同心室起源部位的室速对心功能影响程度不同，以左、右室心尖室速对左室收缩功能影响最小，左、右室侧壁室速次之，以左、右室流出道室速对左室收缩功能影响最大。

Assessment of the Left Ventricular Systolic Function During Ventricular Tackycardia with Doppler Echocardiography in the Dog

The left ventricular systolic function of ventricular tachycardia (VT) in diffrent ventricular sites was studied with colour Doppler echocardiography in 15 mongrel dogs. The ventricular rates of VT were made increasing 60 per minute adding of the hasal sinus pates in each dog. The results showed the affected left ventricular systolic function during VT in corresponding sites of left and right v entricles were the same; the distressing extent of left ventricular systolic function in diffrent sites of VT was also diffrent: the lest was the apices of left and right ventricles, the middle laterals of them was secondary, the most was the outflows of them.
