| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效.方法:将98例小儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为2组,对照组48例采用西药蒙脱石散治疗;治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上给予止泻胃苓汤口服.结果:治疗组治愈41例,有效6例,无效3例,治愈率82%,总有效率94%;对照组治愈22例,有效12例,无效14例,治愈率45.83%,总有效率70.83%.2组治愈率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:中西医结合治疗小儿秋季腹泻有较好的疗效.
