影响卵巢透明细胞癌预后的相关临床因素分析

目的探讨卵巢透明细胞癌（ovarian clear cell carcinoma,OCCC）的临床特点及其预后的相关因素。方法对2001年1月至2014年6月北京市朝阳医院妇产科收治的41例OCCC患者行回顾性研究,分析可能影响其预后的相关因素。结果 FIGO分期,术前CA125及CA199水平、淋巴结转移、残留肿瘤大小、化疗疗程与卵巢透明细胞癌的预后相关。结论卵巢透明细胞癌的预后存在两极化,FIGO早期、术前CA125〈200U/ml、CA199〈37U/ml、无淋巴结转移、残留肿瘤〈1cm、化疗疗程≥6个疗程者预后良好,相反则预后差。

Prognostic clinical factors of ovarian clear cell carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Methods 41 patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma who were treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from 2001 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Cox regression was used to study the prognostic factors of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Results FIGO staging, preoperative levels of CA125 and CA199, lymph node metastasis, residual tumor size, and postoperative number of chemotherapy cycles were clinical factors influencing the progress of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Conclusions The prognosis Of ovarian clear cell carcinoma was polarized. Those with early FIGO, lower level of CA125 （〈200 U/ml） and CA199 （〈37 U/ml）, no lymph node metastasis, more than 6 cycles of chemotherapy and residual tumor size〈l cm had better prognosis, the others had poor prognosis.
